சிங்கப்பூரில் காணாமல் போன செல்லப் பறவை 11 நாட்களுக்குப் பிறகு உரிமையாளருடன் மீண்டும் இணைத்துள்ளது.
YuHui Tay என்பவரின் Gikgik என்று அழைக்கப்படும் மூன்று வயது செல்லப் பறவை செப்டம்பர் 27 அன்று Jalan Kayu பகுதி அருகே காணாமல் போனது.

Tay தனது செல்லப் பறவை காணாமல் போனது குறித்து தனது சமூக ஊடக பக்கங்களில் பதிவிட்டார்.
இத்துடன், தனது பறவையை கண்டுபிடித்து தருபவர்களுக்கு ஆரம்பத்தில் S$1,000 பணம் வெகுமதியாக தருவதாக குறிப்பிட்டுருந்தார்.

Gikgik காணாமல் போன மூன்று நாட்களுக்குப் பிறகு, வெகுமதியை இரட்டிப்பாக்கி S$2,000 தருவதாக பதிவிட்டார்.
Tay தொடர்ந்து தேடி பல தூக்கமில்லாத இரவுகளுக்கு பின்னர், 11 நாட்களுக்கு கழித்து இறுதியில் அக்டோபர் 7 அன்று தனது செல்லப் பறவை Gikgik உடன் மீண்டும் இணைந்தார்.
Tay வசிக்கும் இடத்திலிருந்து 10 முதல் 15 நிமிடங்கள் தொலைவில் உள்ள ஒரு வீட்டிற்கு அருகே Gikgik பறவையை பார்த்ததாக கூறி தனக்கு ஒரு அழைப்பு வந்ததாக Tay தெரிவித்தார்.
உடனே அங்கு சென்று பார்த்தார், அங்கு அவரது செல்லப் பறவை Gikgik இருந்ததை கண்டு மகிச்சியடைந்தார்.

What a tearful reunion 🥺 when we saw each other there was this sense of relief in both of us (or I ownself imagine my bird is relieved idk la hahahahaha). When I held him up, he quickly clung onto me and closed his eyes. Too emotional already that moment I cry Hahahaha. No matter how much my heart ached, I held my tears until today.Gikgik boy lost a lot of weight, but doesn’t look injured in anyway. His feathers are all intact, and is generally okay 🙂 except that he’s now extra needy at home and much much less picky with food. I fed him his fav food and his parrot formula. He’s now asleep on my face as I type this.. wonder what he went through 🥺 he still smells the same ☺️All the windows in the house are now closed. No more free flying 😂 I think everyone on Facebook will kill me if I lose him again!I’m so grateful for all your sharing 💓 it really did help because the person who found my bird actually saw my post being shared 2-3 times on his news feed 🙏🏻 the support and encouragements meant a lot, especially when all seems bleak. It really takes a whole village to find a lost bird and we did!!!!!! 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓Never have I received so much love in my life’s friends family and countless strangers. This nice stranger guy called and told me to persevere. Cos he found his bird after 3 months of intense search, after 1000 posters. These acts of kindness are 🥺🥺🥺🥺The past week was a rollercoaster. Walked around my estate like a crazy bird lady playing gikgik’s fav music everyday, terrorised my neighbours by blasting gikgik’s voice recordings loudly on my speakers at my 4th floor rooftop. Shared my posters repeatedly on so many Facebook interest groups, even when they are non pet related.I tried animal communicators, handed out 350 flyers, pasted 100 posters, went to ghim moh with Cedric Soh from 12am-3am searching aimlessly, went to a shady “bird rehomer” place whom I suspected stole my bird (altho he didn’t, but the rest of the birds look….), travelled around Singapore north south east west literally! went to so many ppl’s house to view so many birds, helped another conure find his home, adopted another severely neglected green cheek conure who was on the brink of death from starvation.Honestly I feel a bit bad sometimes for bombarding your feeds 🤭 thanks for bearing with me!!患难见真情，all of you are my 患难之交 🤛🏻Now time to remove the 100 posters 😶
